- You live, work, worship, volunteer, go to school or do consistent business in Arlington, Fairfax County, City of Alexandria, and City of Falls Church, VA.
- You’re an immediate family member of a current member: spouse, parent, grandparent, stepparent, child, grandchild, stepchild sibling/stepsibling
- You live with someone who is eligible including a domestic partner, legal guardian, foster child, roommate with shared finances
- You have an immediate family member who is eligible to join under #1 above, even if they haven’t joined yet
